Operation Smile Morocco provides free surgeries to repair cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities for children in Morocco.
Operation Smile Morocco is part of a global alliance of Operation Smile Foundations and Resource Chapters dedicated to providing free treatment to children and adults suffering from cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities. Hundreds of children are born with a these conditions each year. The result that often they are unable to eat, speaks, socialize or smile. In some places these children are shunned and rejected. And in far too many cases, their parents can't afford to give them the treatment these children need to live a normal life. That's where we come in. Since 1998, Operation Smile — through the help of dedicated medical volunteers — has provided free surgical treatment and cleft care to children in Morocco, healing their smiles and bringing hope for a better future. |

The Operation Smile Morocco Care Center, located in Casablanca, provides year-round ongoing medical and dental care to children who suffer from cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities. The Care Center facilities include rooms for medical, dental, speech therapy and parental and patient consultations.
